EASTER

Happy Easter...better late than never, right?

We had so much fun celebrating Easter this year. We participated in the First Annual Think Eight Egg Hunt/Egg Drop. It was a blast. I am not sure who was more excited....the kids or the men!

We started the evening out with the hunt, then shifted to the drop and ended the night with a friendly jump rope competition.

The egg drop was so funny. We dropped the eggs out a window on the 3rd floor (don't worry...we got security clearance.) We decided to go with the cereal method this year. Wondering what the cereal method is ehh? Well, we filled a 5 gallon bucket full of cereal (rice krispie style) and dropped the egg in the bucket.

It was successful...as long as we got the egg in the bucket. It was a TON of fun and we are already thinking of fun ideas for next years drop.

Easter weekend was great. It was fun to be able to spend time with good friends.

But even greater, it was a great time to reflect on the life of our Savior. and for that I am truly grateful!
