I am sitting here listening to our little Gavin hiccup as he sleeps. It is surprisingly entertaining.
I can't help but smile thinking about our little guy and the miracle that he has brought our family. Amazing how he is only a week old, but it feels like he has been a part of the family forever.
Gavin is such an amazing baby. I feel so grateful to get to be his mom. Elle is adjusting so well to big sisterhood. She is so patient when I am feeding the baby and she needs something. I am so grateful for the sweet girl that she is. I feel so grateful to be her mom.
I am so grateful to be a mother. I am grateful to have such a wonderful family.....and I am grateful that Gavin slept 8 hours last night.....I guess those are some of the benefits of having a 9lb 3oz baby!

SO excited for you guys! I am glad that he is sleeping for you too! William was 9lbs. 3oz. and he never slept that well. Gavin is just a great baby :)
Hope you are recovering well and adjusting to two kids easily.
