As Zach and I held our little baby girl, I remember thinking that I was there. I had reached the happiest place that I could reach in my life.
Tonight I thought the same thing:
I am the happiest I could ever be...
here at home with Zach and Elle.

Today has been nothing less than a celebration. We started our birthday festivities off with a trip to the zoo. (Truth be told we started them off around 1am when we were decorating cupcakes, putting streamers up and blowing up balloons to fill Elle's room) So we went to the zoo.
Elle loved it. She didn't always spot the animals, but surprisingly found the scenery to be just as pleasing. ha. (It was a little funny when she was oooohing and aaahhhing while looking at plants.) Thanks Jen and Cara for thinking of such a fun idea and including us. It was perfect.
We then had a little birthday bash at the park. Zach met us there. We at lunch...special birthday lunchables (Elle's choice.) It was perfect.
We finished the birthday fun with Elle opening her amazing presents and is now off to bed.
Thanks to everyone who helped her feel special today.
When I put her to bed I asked what her favorite thing of today was. She said, "the wipes." hahaha. maybe next year she will understand better.
I feel so blessed to be Elle's mom. She really is such a sweet girl.

Crazy she is two... I can't believe we are old enough to have two year olds, it seems like we were in high school a few days ago.
How is Arizona treating you? What's Zach's new job?

Wow, we can't believe how big Elle is and that she got a bike for her birthday! We are really enjoying seeing your pictures and catching up. We'll write again soon!

Awe, I'm glad you guys had such a great day. Happy birthday Elle! I'm going to be in AZ for a few days in December. Maybe we can do something, picnic or something if the weathers good.
