lately i have noticed that elle smells like maple.
not an overwhelming smell, but a sweet hint.
at first i assumed that it was because we ate pancakes or donuts, but we didn't.
every so often while snuggling i smell it. i love it. my brother was the one that pointed this out and now i confirm.
her scent is maple.
there are only two conclusions.
1. she downs syrup in the pantry while i'm not looking.
2. she is just that sweet.
i go with option two.

p.s. bob died. it was a sad day for our family. elle kept forgetting and would ask about him when she woke up. we told her the truth...that he wasn't just on vacation and she handled it well. we told her that if we live good lives we can see bob again. i'm grateful that's true!

how SWEET! i actually like it when my kids smell like that....but i think it's just because of the syrup from pancakes. oh well. i'll take it anyway!

That is so cute! Funny you said that because when I have picked Ryan up out of his crib for the past week I smell maple...what is it? I think your guess is the best...just sweet kids!

Hey! We are planning on renting it to a married couple. As soon as it is finished we want to rent it out, so keep looking at our blog for an update, it'll probably be ready before January.
